These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jtbazz platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and account services. By registering an account with jtbazz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
By creating a jtbazz account, you enter a binding legal agreement with the Company. These terms apply to all products and services available on the platform, including live casino, slots, sports betting, and promotions.
jtbazz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification prior to taking effect.
These Terms & Conditions are published in English, which is the governing language of this document. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the English original, the English text shall prevail.
General Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of jtbazz, an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jtbazz.net. The platform is operated by the Company and is intended solely for adult players aged 18 years or older who are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
The jtbazz platform provides access to a range of gaming and betting products, including but not limited to live casino games, slot machine titles, crash games, virtual sports, and pre-match and in-play sports betting markets covering cricket (including BPL, IPL, and international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports relevant to the Bangladesh market. All products are provided "as is" and subject to the specific rules governing each individual game or market.
jtbazz operates under an international gaming licence. We do not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction within Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the jtbazz platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so. The Company accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform in a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jtbazz. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document on the platform, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated .
Eligibility & Age Restriction
The jtbazz platform is strictly available to adults aged 18 years or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with the Company. jtbazz takes its age verification obligations seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain a jtbazz account:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have not been previously self-excluded from jtbazz or any affiliated platform.
- You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment only — not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or professional gambling syndicate.
- You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of jtbazz or any of its affiliated companies, or a close family member of any such person.
- You have not been declared bankrupt or entered into any insolvency arrangement, and you are using funds that are not derived from unlawful activity.
- You have not been diagnosed with or are under active treatment for a gambling addiction at the time of registration.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You possess a valid bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account in your own name for the purposes of depositing and withdrawing funds.
Any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing on jtbazz. We employ technical and procedural controls to prevent underage access and report suspected cases to relevant authorities.
Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Proof of address may be requested. All documents must be current, unaltered, and clearly legible to be accepted.

Account Registration
Each player may hold only one registered account with jtbazz. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any other overlapping identifier — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated funds may be voided.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jtbazz account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out using your credentials — whether by you or by any other person — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jtbazz support immediately at [email protected].

Deposits & Withdrawals
jtbazz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following verified payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment accounts and bank accounts used must be registered in the name of the jtbazz account holder. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals via an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
Minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. Maximum single deposit amounts and daily limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. jtbazz does not apply any internal processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may charge fees according to their own terms.
- Deposit Processing Time: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your jtbazz account within 3 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day.
- Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the same business day. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically received within 30 minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
- Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal caps are set by verification tier and displayed in your account cashier section.
- Pending Withdrawals: You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it is processed. Once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed. Do not initiate a withdrawal and then contact support to reverse it once processing has commenced.
- Anti-Money Laundering: jtbazz is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in withdrawal suspension and account review.
- Currency: All balances, bets, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳). jtbazz does not accept or pay out in cryptocurrency.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
jtbazz offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between individual promotion terms and these general terms, the individual promotion terms shall apply for that specific offer.
Bonuses are available to adults aged 18 and above only. Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement applicable to jtbazz welcome bonuses and reload bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10%, and certain game types may contribute 0%.
- Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration.
- One Bonus Per Household: Only one welcome bonus is permitted per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses by creating duplicate accounts will be treated as a breach of these terms.
- Wagering Deadline: All bonus wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses and associated bonus funds will be removed from the account at the expiry of this period.
- Maximum Bonus Bet: While wagering a bonus, the maximum permitted bet or stake per round, spin, or hand is ৳500 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
- Bonus Abuse: jtbazz monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and collusion. Any account found to be abusing the bonus system may have its bonus cancelled, winnings voided, and account suspended.
- No Deposit Bonuses: Where jtbazz offers no-deposit bonuses, additional verification steps and stricter withdrawal limits may apply. Specific terms will be stated in the relevant promotion.
- Promotional Changes: jtbazz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of any change will not be adversely affected for the duration of their current wagering cycle.
User Obligations
As a registered player on jtbazz, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal, adult entertainment — and to do so in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws, and the spirit of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jtbazz platform:
- Fraudulent Activity: You must not engage in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, exploiting technical errors in the platform's favour, or manipulating game outcomes through software interference.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live tables or in tournaments to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
- Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to play games, place bets, or otherwise interact with the platform without manual human input is strictly prohibited.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal via your bank or payment provider without first contacting jtbazz support to resolve the dispute is a breach of these terms. Any account with an active chargeback dispute will be suspended pending investigation.
- Harmful Conduct: You must not engage in any conduct — including harassment, threats, or offensive communications — directed at jtbazz staff, other players, or any third party connected with the platform.
- Misrepresentation: You must not misrepresent your identity, age, location, or any other material information to jtbazz, whether during registration, verification, or at any other point during your use of the platform.
- Prohibited Jurisdictions: You must not access the platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions. Such access constitutes a breach and may result in account closure and fund forfeiture.
jtbazz reserves the right to monitor player activity for compliance with these obligations. Where a breach is identified or reasonably suspected, jtbazz may take immediate action including account suspension, withdrawal of bonuses, voiding of pending bets, and permanent account closure. The Company will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in connection with any suspected criminal activity on the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
jtbazz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected. The Company may also close accounts where continued operation would expose jtbazz or any affiliated party to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method, net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
- Grounds for Immediate Suspension: Suspected fraud, multiple accounts, chargeback disputes, AML investigation triggers, suspected underage access, or any breach of Section 6 (User Obligations).
- Grounds for Permanent Closure: Confirmed fraud, identity falsification, confirmed underage access, irreversible self-exclusion request, or repeated material breach of these terms following a prior warning.
- Funds on Closure: Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach, jtbazz reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach. The Company will communicate the basis of any such decision in writing.
- Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who request account closure under our responsible gaming self-exclusion programme will have their account closed immediately and all promotional communications suspended. A minimum cooling-off period will apply before any reactivation request can be considered.
- Reactivation: Voluntary account closures (not related to self-exclusion) may be reactivated upon written request to [email protected], subject to re-verification of identity and payment method.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jtbazz and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer failure — even where jtbazz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The jtbazz platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government) may temporarily affect platform availability. jtbazz shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.
All games on the jtbazz platform are operated by certified third-party providers. jtbazz acts as a platform operator and does not control the underlying game software or RNG processes. In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. No compensation will be paid for winnings that were not received due to a genuine and verified technical error in the game software.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. The total aggregate liability of jtbazz to you for any cause of action shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.
In the event of a verified game malfunction, the affected round will be voided and all stakes returned. jtbazz is not liable for winnings not credited due to a genuine provider-side technical error.
jtbazz is not liable for any losses arising from interruptions in your internet connection, mobile network, or device performance during active gameplay or while placing a bet.
Games are supplied by certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Spribe. Their individual game rules apply. jtbazz does not control the software and is not liable for provider-side failures.
jtbazz is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials or enabled access by a third party.
